With over 30 years of experience, we can help you decide exactly what will work for any type of function you are considering.
We begin with the pre-event setup. We can always fit into your change over time - We just bring more set up crew!
We arrive at the host facility and set-up all games, equipment and decorations. The games are made ready by banking them with mock paper money and/or chips. The Cashier's Cage is funded with enough paper money for your group and the casino is ready to go always before your people arrive.
Next, we train any volunteer dealers ? Volunteer Dealers are persons you provide to deal at your casino event. We will train any volunteers prior to the start of your event. These individuals have at least as much fun dealing as you do playing! you have provided for the event. This typically takes place one hour before the casino starts or as agreed upon depending on their availability. They are completely trained to deal blackjack, run the wheel of fortune or work the cash cage. We provide the pit boss and all of the other dealers. Your volunteer dealers will have a great time as "real casino dealers" during the event. In fact, over the years we have found great dealers that go to work for us for fun and extra money!
This time is often used for dinner, cocktails, special meetings or anything else you may have planned before the start of the casino fun. Upon your request, one of our staff can give a brief warm-up speech at the end of this session and distribute the money packets to the guests right at their tables.
It's game time! The casino opens! Each guest collects their packet or packets of mock money at the cashier's cage (if the money was not distributed at the end of the meal or during the warm-up session) and enters the casino area. Players then try their hand at different casino games throughout the evening. We gear ourselves towards a fun casino night rather than a down and dirty casino. Many players win $500,000 or more in our casinos!!! However, we can tighten up the casino for fund raisers if you prefer.
Your guests will then exchange their money and chips at one of the gaming tables for a voucher showing his/her total winnings. They then take this single voucher to the cash cage for "Double-Roll" tickets. They then put those tickets in the bowl or box in front of the prize they want to win at the prize table.
This is an exciting ending to a great night. Your guests will use their raffle tickets they won during the casino to bet on prizes. You can use our brass drum or put a drawing box out for each prize. We are happy to provide you with ideas and suggestions for your prize table.
