Sample Casino Schedule

Below is an EXAMPLE Only
OT&T Casino Events will provide a schedule to fit YOUR needs!
All you need to provide is the event facility and the prizes.

SET UP
1:00 - 5:00

We arrive at the hotel or other host facility and set-up all games, equipment and accessories. The room is decorated and all games are funded, or banked with mock paper money and/or chips. The Cashier's Cage is funded with enough collated paper money for your group. Our "Casino Open" sign is placed at the room entrance. The casino is ready for action.

TRAINING SESSION
5:00 - 6:00 or 7:00 - 8:00

We completely TRAIN your people, if you wish, to deal blackjack, run the wheel of fortune, deal poker and assist at the dice tables and the racetrack. We provide the pit boss, racetrack announcer, dice croupiers, artists, auctioneer and EXCELLENT dealers. You can honestly tell your volunteer dealers that they will have a great time as a "casino employee" during this action-packed evening!

DINNER/ COCKTAIL HOUR
6:00 - 8:00

Our clients often use this time frame for dinner, cocktails or special meetings. Many times they will request that one of our staff give a brief warm-up speech at the end of this session and distribute the money packets for some crowds.

PLAYING OF THE GAMES
8:00 - 10:00

It's game time! The Casino opens! Each guest collects his collated packet or packets of mock money at the Cashier's Cage (if the money was NOT distributed at the end of the meal or during the warm-up session) and enters the casino area. Players usually try their hands at each different casino game. OT&T Casino is more of a FUN night, a mixer rather than a "down and dirty" casino night.

Cash Out
10:00 - 10:15

Your guests will exchange their money that they WON for drawing tickets.

Drawing or Auction
10:15

Drawing: Your guests gather around the prize table for an exciting drawing. This is an exciting ending to a great night. Guests exchange their winnings for prize tickets. They use these tickets to win their favorite prize. You can use one big drum or a drawing box for each prize. We can provide you with ideas and suggestions for your prize table.

Auction: All players cash out at the end of the event and receive a total cash marker. The guests use this marker to bid on prizes. OT&T Casino Events have been conducting "FUN" Auctions for 25 years.

Breakdown

After the Drawing or Auction, we break down all OT&T equipment. We leave the area where the Casino Event was held as we found it. We are especially careful to not mare or use nails to damage the wall coverings. Many hotels, resorts, and Country Clubs EXCLUSIVELY USE OT&T Casino Events because we are careful with their property.
